Oxygen Generators System Working Principle
High quality 93% concentration oxygen generator machine dopts high-quality zeolite molecular sieve as adsorbent and uses the principle of pressure swing adsorption(PSA) to obtain oxygen directly from compressed air.
Purified compressed air. Entering the adsorption tower equipped with molecular sieve, nitrogen, carbon dioxide, water in the air are adsorbed in a large amount in the solid phase of molecular sieve, and oxygen is enriched and output in the gas phase due to the small adsorption capacity.
When the adsorption of the adsorbent reaches saturation, the pressure is reduced to desorb and regenerate the zeolite molecular sieve, so that the zeolite molecular sieve can be reused.
The system is equipped with two adsorption towers, one for adsorption and oxygen production, and one for desorption and regeneration. The imported PLC is used to control the cycle and alternate two towers to achieve continuous production of high-quality oxygen.
